Notice & Consent
Where we process personal data of individuals in India on the basis of consent, we present a clear notice describing the personal data collected and the purpose, and you may withdraw consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed.
Your Rights as a Data Principal
You may request access to a summary of your personal data and processing activities, request correction and erasure of your personal data (see the data export and account-deletion tools in your settings), and nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Grievance Redressal
For any grievance regarding the processing of your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@interviewfi.com. We respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Rules. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Data Retention & Erasure
Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or as required by law, after which it is erased or anonymized. Interview recordings and proctoring data follow the retention windows configured by the hiring organization, and account deletion permanently removes your personal identifiers after a 30-day grace period.
