Invoices
Available from the billing section, with your organisation's registered details. Update those details before a purchase rather than after — an invoice is issued against what was on file at the time.
Payment methods
Card and UPI, and bank transfer for larger purchases. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details never reach InterviewFi's systems.
Seats
Plans that include seats count people who can sign in as recruiters or interviewers in your organisation. Candidates are never seats.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing section. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Unused credits remain and do not expire. If you return later, the balance is where you left it.
Refunds
Credits are refunded automatically where work was not delivered — a no-show returns its stage's credits. Beyond that, refunds are handled case by case; open a ticket quoting the transaction.
A charge you do not recognise
The ledger names the feature and the interview or candidate behind every deduction. Start there — most unrecognised charges turn out to be a multi-stage flow advancing candidates rather than anything unexpected. If a line genuinely does not belong, quote it in a ticket.
