Per interview, per stage
The main cost. Each stage of a hiring flow charges when the interview for it is created — that is, when a candidate is scheduled into it, or when they pass into it from the previous stage.
That timing is deliberate: a five-stage flow does not charge five stages for a candidate who does not get past the first.
Cost varies by stage type and length. A long AI video interview costs more than a short MCQ, because it does more.
AI features
Résumé screening charges per résumé. Job-description generation, decision briefs, talent pool analysis and the other AI tools each carry their own rate, shown before you run them.
Every estimate uses your organisation's rate rather than a list price, so the number you are quoted is the number you are charged.
What is free
- Demo runs. A shareable demo link never charges, whoever opens it and however often — it is capped per flow instead.
- Candidate practice interviews, where a candidate started one themselves.
- Reading anything. Reports, transcripts, recordings, analytics.
- Re-reading a report, including exporting it as a PDF.
- Recalculating an evaluation you already paid for.
Refunded automatically
A candidate who never starts and is closed as a no-show returns their stage's credits. You do not have to ask, and it happens whether or not anyone is watching.
