Every published hiring flow can produce one shareable demo link. Anyone who opens it runs the real candidate experience for that flow — its actual questions, its actual duration, its actual monitoring — without being scheduled, invited or verified.
Creating one
Open the flow and use the Demo link card. You get a URL to copy, and controls to pause, replace or revoke it.
What a visitor does
They open the link, see your organisation's branding and what the flow contains, type a name and an email, and start. There is no verification code and no scheduling window — that friction is exactly what the demo removes.
The name and email are captured so you can see who tried it. Neither is verified, so treat them as self-asserted rather than as identity.
What is real, and the one thing that is not
Real: the questions from the flow's own bank, the duration, the language, the proctoring tier you configured, the report at the end.
Not real: Safe Exam Browser. A stage locked to SEB runs in an ordinary browser for the demo, because somebody in a meeting cannot install a kiosk browser. The landing page says so rather than letting a client believe they saw a lockdown they did not.
Cost and limits
Demo runs are free — no stage credits are charged. Because the link is public, each flow has a capped number of runs per period and a limit on how many people can run it at once. The card shows what is left and when it resets.
Afterwards
The visitor sees their own report, without any hiring recommendation. You see the full report and the monitoring replay from the Demo card — which is the only place demo runs appear. They are deliberately excluded from your candidate lists, your funnel and every analytic, because a demonstration is not hiring activity.
Sharing safely
The link exposes your flow's real questions to whoever it reaches. Set an expiry, and revoke it when a deal is done. Revoking tells anyone still holding it that it was withdrawn, rather than showing them a dead page.
