When you see them
A report is generated after your interview finishes, which takes a few minutes. Whether you then see it is the organisation's decision, made per stage:
- Released automatically — you see it as soon as it is ready.
- Released when the recruiter chooses — you see it after they share it.
- Not released — you see that the interview is complete and nothing more.
None of these is a platform default you can appeal to; they are settings each organisation chooses for each stage.
What is in a released report
Scores per skill and overall, with the reasoning behind each. A communication profile. Standout moments from your answers. Areas to develop. Where the organisation has enabled it, a summary of anything the monitoring flagged.
What is deliberately withheld
The hiring decision and its reasoning are not part of what a candidate is shown, even when the rest of the report is released. That is a platform rule rather than a per-organisation setting: an interview report is feedback about your performance, and an internal recommendation about whether to hire you is a different document with a different audience.
Practice results
A practice interview you started yourself is yours outright. There is no gate — the report appears when it is ready.
