Your applications list shows every role you have applied for and where each one has reached.
What the statuses mean
- Submitted — the organisation has your application; nothing has happened yet.
- Under review — somebody or something is screening it.
- Interview scheduled — you have been invited to a stage. Check your email for the link, and see interview invitations.
- In progress — you are partway through a multi-stage flow.
- Decision made — the organisation has decided. Whether you can see the decision depends on their settings.
- Withdrawn — you withdrew.
Why a status can sit still
Screening is quick; people are not. A status that has not moved for a week almost always means the role is still open and nobody has got to it, not that something is broken.
What you can see about a decision
Each organisation chooses how much to share with candidates: some release the full report, some release scores without the hiring decision, and some release nothing until they have finished the whole round.
This is their setting, not a platform default, and it can differ between two roles at the same company. Where results are available you will find them on the application.
