Finding roles
The job board at /jobs lists every position organisations have published. It is public — you can read it without an account, and you can share a link to a role with someone who does not have one.
Each listing carries the role, the organisation, the location and working pattern, and the skills the position asks for.
Applying
Applying sends the organisation your identity details and the résumé you choose. You pick which résumé at the point of applying, so a tailored one can go to the role it was tailored for.
If the position has an application form, you fill it in as part of applying. Answers go to that organisation only.
What happens next
Your application is screened against the job description. Depending on how the organisation has set the position up, that may be automatic, manual, or both. If you are moved forward you receive an invitation to the first stage of their hiring flow by email.
An invitation has a validity window. It is not usually the same as the interview's length — it is how long you have to start. The email says when it expires, and so does the page you land on.
If you change your mind
You can withdraw an application from your applications list. Withdrawing tells the organisation; it does not delete anything they have already recorded.
