An MCQ assessment is a timed set of multiple-choice questions. It runs in your browser and saves as you go.
Timing
There is an overall time limit, shown as a countdown. Some assessments also limit time per question; where they do, the per-question limit is shown on the question itself and moving on is automatic when it runs out.
The clock runs on our server, not on your computer. Closing the lid does not pause it.
Moving through the questions
Answer and continue. Depending on how the assessment was configured you may be able to go back and change an answer, or you may not — the player tells you which at the start.
Questions can be shuffled, so your order will not match anyone else's. Comparing notes is therefore not just against the rules but useless.
Saving
Every answer is saved as you make it. You do not need to submit each one, and there is no "save" button to forget.
If your connection drops, answers you have already given are safe. The player will keep trying to reconnect and will tell you plainly if it cannot — see losing your connection.
Finishing
When you answer the last question, or when time runs out, the assessment submits itself. You will see a confirmation screen. Whether you see a score depends on the organisation's settings.
