InterviewFi accounts are per person, not per company, and one account can hold more than one role. A recruiter who is also interviewing candidates does not need a second login.
Signing up
Choose the role you are signing up for — candidate, recruiter, or interviewer — and enter your name, email address and a password. The role you pick decides which dashboard you land on; it does not lock you out of the others permanently.
You will receive a six-digit code at the address you entered. Enter it to finish signing up. The code is valid for a short window and can be used once.
Signing in later
Sign in with your email and password. If your account holds more than one role you will be asked which one you want to work in, and you can switch afterwards from the account menu without signing out.
If you signed up through Google, use the same button every time — an account created through Google has no password until you set one.
When the code does not arrive
Check the spam folder first; the code arrives from a no-reply address and some filters hold those on first contact.
If it is genuinely missing, use Resend. There is a short cooldown between sends, and a limit on how many codes you can request in an hour. If you pass that limit you are locked out for a period that lengthens each time it happens — this is deliberate, and waiting is the only thing that clears it.
A code that is refused as invalid after you have typed it carefully usually means a newer code was sent and yours has been superseded. Always use the most recent one.
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Pick the same role you use to sign in — the reset is scoped to the account behind that role, and choosing a role your account does not hold will tell you so rather than silently doing nothing.
