Every role gets its own dashboard and its own sidebar. The layout is the same; what is in it is not.
The sidebar
Items are grouped by what you are trying to do rather than alphabetically. The groups differ per role, but a few appear for everyone:
- Setup — the things you configure once and change rarely.
- Inbox — messages, notifications and live chat.
- Support — Ask Fin, Help & Support for tickets, and this Help Centre.
The Help Centre is deliberately role-neutral: the same article serves a recruiter and a candidate where the answer is the same.
The header
The header carries the page title, a breadcrumb back to where you came from, and your account menu. If your account holds more than one role, the switcher is here.
Changing your language
InterviewFi ships in twenty languages. Your choice affects the interface immediately.
Note that an interview's language is a separate setting — a recruiter chooses it when they schedule, and it decides what language questions are asked in. Reading the dashboard in Tamil does not change the language of an interview somebody already scheduled for you.
Notifications
The bell in the header collects what has happened since you last looked: an invitation, a completed interview, a report that is ready. Notifications are written in the language you were reading when they were created, and older ones re-render in your current language where we have the underlying data to do so.
