InterviewFi runs the interview stage of hiring. A recruiter describes the role and the skills that matter; the platform generates questions, invites candidates, conducts the interview, watches for integrity problems while it happens, and returns a report that explains its reasoning rather than just a number.
The three things to understand first
A position is the role you are hiring for. It carries the job description and the skills you want evidence of.
A hiring flow is the sequence a candidate moves through for that position — an aptitude test, then a video interview, then a coding exercise, in whatever order and combination you choose. Each stage has its own duration, question sources and monitoring settings.
An interview is one candidate sitting one stage. It has its own link, its own clock and its own report.
What a candidate sees
A candidate receives a link by email. They confirm who they are with a code sent to that address, walk through a system check that confirms their camera, microphone and network are working, agree to the monitoring you configured, and then sit the interview.
Nothing is installed. Everything runs in the browser, except where you have chosen Safe Exam Browser for a locked-down assessment.
What you get back
Every completed interview produces a report: per-question scoring with the reasoning behind it, a communication profile, an integrity summary covering anything the monitoring flagged, and — where you have enabled it — a recommendation. The full transcript and the recording sit alongside it.
