The roles
Candidate — applies for positions, sits interviews, and sees their own results when a recruiter releases them.
Recruiter — creates positions and hiring flows, schedules candidates, and reads reports. Recruiters belong to an organisation.
Interviewer — joins live interviews as a human participant, scores candidates, and contributes to a panel decision. Can be inside your organisation or invited from outside.
Expert — a marketplace interviewer, engaged for specific interviews at their own rate.
Superadmin — platform operations. Not something an organisation grants.
Organisations
Almost everything a recruiter touches is scoped to an organisation: positions, hiring flows, candidates, reports, credits and settings. If you belong to more than one, the active organisation is shown in the header and everything you see follows it.
Switching organisations changes what you can see immediately. It is not a filter you can forget to apply — a query that is not scoped to your active organisation simply returns nothing.
Candidates are shared, their pipeline is not
A candidate is one person with one account, however many organisations interview them. What is private to each organisation is everything about the relationship: status, notes, tags, CV match results, and where they sit in your pipeline.
That means inviting someone another organisation has already interviewed does not create a duplicate person, and it does not tell you anything about what happened there.
