Inviting someone
From your organisation's settings, invite by email and choose their role. They receive an invitation; accepting adds them to your organisation.
Somebody who already has an InterviewFi account keeps it. They gain your organisation alongside whatever else they have, and switch between them from the header — an existing account is never duplicated to join a second organisation.
Roles inside an organisation
Recruiter — full access to positions, flows, candidates and reports.
Interviewer — joins live interviews and scores candidates. Does not configure flows or see the whole pipeline.
Admin — recruiter access plus organisation settings, billing and team management.
Interviewers from outside
An interviewer does not have to be a member of your organisation to join one of your interviews. Assign them to the interview and they are granted access to that interview alone — not to your pipeline, and not for longer than they need it.
This is what makes a hiring-manager-shaped colleague or an external panellist workable without giving anyone your whole candidate list.
Removing someone
Remove them from the team page. Their access ends immediately; what they created — positions, flows, notes, scores — belongs to the organisation and stays.
Seats
Where your plan counts seats, it counts people who can sign in as recruiters or interviewers. Candidates are never seats, however many you interview.
