Which stages can be watched
Any stage whose participation mode includes human participants: AI with watchers, hybrid and AI-assisted. A pure AI-only interview has no live room, so there is nothing to join.
What you see
The candidate's video and audio, the current question, elapsed and remaining time, progress through the planned questions, and integrity signals as they are raised.
What the candidate sees
In AI with watchers, nothing — observers are not shown. In hybrid and AI-assisted, the human participants are visible, because they are part of the conversation.
There is no mode that puts a person in the room invisibly while they speak. Watching silently and participating are different things and the candidate is always told which is happening.
Refresh
The monitor updates on its own. If the elapsed counter has stopped moving while the interview is plainly still running, reload — a page that has silently stopped polling shows a frozen number rather than an error, and reloading is the fix.
Notes during the interview
Watchers can take private notes as they go. Notes are scoped to your organisation and are never shown to the candidate.
