The dashboard is a summary of your organisation's hiring, scoped to the organisation shown in the header. Switching organisations changes every number on it.
The tiles
Counts are computed live from the underlying records rather than from stored counters, so they reconcile with the lists they link to. If a tile and a list disagree, that is a bug worth reporting rather than a caching delay.
Demo runs are excluded from every figure — a link you shared with a client is a demonstration, not hiring activity.
Where things live
- Positions — the roles you are hiring for, and their job descriptions.
- Hiring flows — the sequence of stages a candidate moves through.
- Candidates — everyone in your pipeline, with their stage and status.
- Interviews — individual sittings and their reports.
- Analytics — funnel conversion, time-to-hire, score distributions.
A note on what "completed" means
An interview is complete when the candidate finishes it. Its report arrives a few minutes later. A completed interview with no report yet is normal for a short window and is not a failure — the report tab says which state it is in rather than making you guess.
