I cannot hear the questions
Check your volume and that the right output device is selected. Every question is shown as text as well as spoken, so you can continue reading while you fix the audio.
My answer was not recorded
Watch the microphone indicator while you speak. If it does not move, the microphone is not being captured — see camera and microphone. Reloading the page keeps your progress.
The page froze
Reload. You return where you were and the answers you gave are intact. This is safe and is the right first move for almost any stuck state.
The clock kept running while I was stuck
It does — it runs on our server. If you lost a meaningful amount of time to a genuine fault, finish the interview anyway and then contact the organisation with roughly when it happened. They can see the session and can decide; abandoning it leaves them nothing to look at.
The interview says monitoring could not start
The interview needs what the organisation configured — usually a camera, sometimes a screen share. Follow the on-screen guidance, which names the actual application involved. Where it truly cannot start, that is recorded as monitoring being unavailable rather than as something you did.
I closed the tab by accident
Open the same link again. If the interview was in progress you rejoin it.
