The page tells you which of these applies. They need different responses.
"This invitation has expired"
The window to start has passed. That window is set by the organisation and is usually shorter than people expect — and it is not the same as the interview's length.
Only the organisation can reschedule you. Support cannot extend it, because the decision is theirs. Reply to the invitation email and ask.
"This interview has not opened yet"
You were given a date window or a specific slot and it has not started. The page says when. Come back then; the same link works.
"This interview is complete"
It has already been sat. If that was not you, contact the organisation immediately.
"This interview was cancelled"
The organisation withdrew it. They will know why.
The page will not load at all
Copy the whole link from the email rather than clicking. Mail clients sometimes wrap long URLs across a line and clicking then follows a truncated one.
If it still fails, try a different browser before concluding the link is dead — it takes a minute and separates a link problem from a browser one.
I was in the middle of it
Open the same link again. An interview in progress is rejoined, and the answers you had already given are intact. See losing your connection.
