The pipeline
Every candidate in your organisation, with the flow they are in, the stage they have reached, and their status. Filter by position, stage, status or free text.
Statuses
A candidate's status is per organisation and per flow. Someone can be at final stage with you and unaware of you at another company, and neither organisation learns anything about the other's process.
Notes and tags
Both are private to your organisation and are never shown to the candidate or to anyone else. Notes are for reasoning you want your colleagues to see; tags are for filtering.
Neither is translated automatically, on purpose — a note is a record of what somebody actually wrote.
Archiving
Archiving removes a candidate from your active lists without deleting anything. Their interviews, reports and history remain and can be restored.
What you cannot see
Nothing another organisation has recorded. Not their notes, not their scores, not whether the person is interviewing elsewhere. The shared part of a candidate is their identity and what they have chosen to publish; everything else is per organisation by construction.
