The schedule wizard
Pick the flow, add the candidates, confirm the settings, send. Candidates can be typed in, picked from your existing pool, or uploaded in bulk from a spreadsheet.
Adding someone who already exists — in your organisation or anywhere on the platform — reuses that person rather than creating a duplicate. Their identity is shared; everything about your pipeline for them stays private to you.
When they can sit it
Three shapes:
- Send immediately — the candidate can start as soon as they get the link, until it expires.
- Date window — a period they may start within.
- Exact slot — a specific appointment, with a short grace period either side.
The validity window is not the duration
The commonest confusion, and worth stating plainly: how long a candidate has to start is a different setting from how long the interview lasts. A 45-minute interview with a 7-day validity means a week to begin and 45 minutes once begun.
Where the two are conflated, invitations expire before anyone has done anything wrong.
What sending does
Creates the interview, generates or attaches the question bank, charges the stage's credits, and emails the candidate a link.
The credits are charged when the interview is created, not when the candidate sits it. A candidate who never turns up and is swept as a no-show is refunded automatically.
Multi-stage flows
Only the first stage is scheduled up front. Later stages are created when a candidate passes into them, which is why credits for a five-stage flow are not all spent on someone who does not get past stage one.
