Your profile is the part of InterviewFi that belongs to you rather than to any one employer. It follows you between organisations, so a recruiter who invites you does not start from a blank record — and nothing an organisation writes about you privately becomes part of it.
What is on it
Your name, email and phone; your location; your skills; your education and work history; and the résumés you have built. Demographic details are optional and are used only where you have explicitly agreed.
What an employer sees
An employer who invites you sees your identity details and whatever you have chosen to share — your résumé, your skills, your Job Profile. They do not see notes, tags or scores written by any other organisation. Those are private to whoever wrote them.
Why it is worth keeping current
Two things read your profile directly. Résumé screening compares your skills and history against a job description, and the Talent Network matches you to positions when you have opted in. Both work from what is on your profile at the moment they run, not from what you sent someone last year.
Removing your data
You can export everything held about you, and you can request deletion, from your account settings. Deletion removes your identity record and your profile; interviews you have already sat remain with the organisation that ran them, because those are their hiring records rather than yours.
