The funnel
For each flow: how many were invited, how many started, how many completed, and how many passed each stage. The drop between invited and started is usually the most actionable number on the page — it is about your invitation and your window, not about your candidates.
Time to hire
Measured from a candidate entering a flow to a decision being recorded. Stages waiting on a human are visible separately from stages waiting on a candidate, which is the distinction that tells you where to intervene.
Score distributions
Per position and per skill. A distribution clustered at the top usually means the questions are too easy for the field rather than that the field is strong, and one clustered at the bottom usually means the level is set wrong.
What is excluded
Demo runs. A link you shared with a client is a demonstration, not hiring activity, and it appears in no funnel, no conversion rate and no total.
Practice interviews. A candidate's own practice is theirs.
Archived candidates are excluded from active counts and retained in historical ones.
Where a number and a list disagree
They should not. Counts are computed from the underlying records rather than from stored counters that drift. If a tile and the list behind it disagree, that is worth reporting.
