Candidate-facing screens can carry your organisation's identity rather than InterviewFi's.
What you can set
Your logo and its display size, a primary colour, a welcome message shown before an interview begins, a completion message shown after the final stage, and an optional intro video.
Where it resolves from
Branding cascades flow → organisation → platform default. A hiring flow can carry its own branding — useful when you hire for more than one brand — and where it does not, your organisation's is used.
A flow that has never been branded inherits the organisation's rather than overriding it with an empty value. That distinction matters: an unconfigured flow should not clobber a configured organisation, and it does not.
Where candidates see it
The invitation email, the landing page, the system check, the interview itself, the completion screen, and demo links.
Logos
Use a file with a transparent background where you can; it sits on light and dark surfaces. If a logo cannot be loaded — a broken URL, a host our content policy does not allow — the screen falls back to a monogram rather than showing a broken image.
Entitlement
White-labelling is a purchased capability. Where it is not on the plan, candidate screens show the platform default and your configured values are kept rather than deleted, so turning it on later restores them.
