What gets sent
- Interview invitations when a candidate is scheduled into a stage.
- Verification codes when they sign in to sit it.
- Reminders before a scheduled interview.
- Completion notices to you when an interview finishes.
- Reports where you have enabled it.
Every one carries your branding where white-labelling is on.
Templates
Invitation and rejection templates are editable. Placeholders let you insert the candidate's name, the position, the deadline and the link; they are replaced when the mail is sent and are safe to move around inside your own copy.
Language
A candidate's email is written in the interview's language, not yours. A recruiter working in English scheduling a Tamil interview sends a Tamil invitation, because the recipient is the one who has to read it.
Deliverability
Mail is sent from our infrastructure with your organisation as the display name. If invitations are landing in spam, the usual causes are a very short subject, a link-only body, or a domain the recipient's employer filters — adding a sentence of context to the template helps more than anything technical.
When something does not arrive
Check the candidate's status first: an invitation that was never generated is a different problem from one that was sent and not delivered, and the candidate's timeline tells you which. See invitation emails.
